At Smartivate, we provide tools for B2B lead generation. This policy describes how we handle data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address for account management and licensing. For our desktop tools (NicheMiner AI, LeadHarvester Pro), we collect a unique Hardware ID (HWID) to prevent license abuse.

2. Lead Data

Your privacy is absolute. Smartivate does not see or store the leads you scrape unless you explicitly use our "Cloud Sync" feature. All scraped data is stored locally on your machine.

3. Third Parties

We use Whop and Flutterwave for payments. We do not store credit card details on our servers. We use Google Gemini and OpenAI for data parsing; your data is sent to them only for processing and is subject to their respective privacy terms.
