1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, Smartivate grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Solo Plan: 1 Device. Agency Plan: 5 Devices.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our tools. Any attempt to bypass hardware locking or credit limits will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

3. Disclaimer

Our tools are provided "as-is". While we use stealth technology, you are responsible for following the terms of service of the platforms you scrape (LinkedIn, Google, etc.). Smartivate is not liable for account restrictions on external platforms.
